This is your chance to put your exceptional secretarial skills to use in a challenging and busy role. Your role will consist of typing, marking up, proof reading and collating contracts and agreements including agreements for the development, acquisition, sale and lease of commercial, industrial and retail properties; typing correspondence and memos, including some basic drafting; completing title and company searches and obtaining statutory certificates; preparing client bills; liaising with clients, lawyers and other staff by telephone and e-mail and diary management. You must have highly developed organisational skills, be able to demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure and to prioritise tasks and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
