Experienced Receptionist/Administrator for a mid tier law firm. CBD location, full time and a smile is a must Having recently established themselves in the Melbourne market, out client is moving into new premises and need a star receptionist to become the face of the firm! Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, this is an opportunity to make this role your own and grow with the firm. In this role, you will be responsible for answering the phones, greeting clients, maintaining and coordinating the meeting rooms, maintaining stationary levels, keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy and administrative duties as required. There is the potential for growth and development with ongoing support and training. The keys to success in this role are excellent organisational, interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to cope under pressure. You will be proactive, motivated and a ‘go-getter’. You must have previous reception experience, ideally within a legal environment, however professional services will also be considered.
