This well established and successful law firm based in the heart of the CBD is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their close knit and friendly team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Australian and overseas corporate companies including multinational retailers and distributors, manufacturers, commodity traders and property developers. You will be responsible for providing services to clients in all property related matters, including commercial leasing along with advising developers on large scale property development projects.

Your matters will include: Acting for vendors/purchasers in the disposition/acquisition of residential, investment and commercial property, Commercial, retail and agricultural leasing, own planning and subdivision work (residential and commercial developments), Planning disputes, including compensation claims against Councils and other Statutory Authorities on reservations of and/or compulsory acquisition of land, Owners Corporation advice, Joint ventures.

To be considered, you must have a strong property and leasing or broader commercial law exposure and a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience. An essential component of the position will be your ability to work with the firm's key clients and other practice groups in the firm providing high level specialist advice and innovative solutions on behalf of the firm.
