As a Property Paralegal at this top tier law firm, you will be responsible for running your own files and will be the go to person for other team members. It is your responsibility to ensure the conveyancing department is run with efficiency, commitment and dedication. As it’s a busy area, you will be resilient, can work in a pressured environment, take charge and lead by example. The team will look up to you for guidance and support and your professional manner, along with your supervisory skills will be exemplary.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive conveyancing experience, especially exposure to commercial and large residential developments. You will understand the legislation; have excellent time management skills and great attention to detail. Your technical skills are first class and ideally you have supervised a small team. Ideally you are from a mid to top tier law firm, looking at progressing and taking the next challenge in your career. A career orientated Property Paralegal, looking at a step up, who is working on residential and commercial developments, will be ideal in this role.
