THE WORK
You'll join a legal team of seven within a larger organisation, where you'll be fully supported - not just by dedicated support staff but also by an exceptional leader who brings both warmth and strong mentorship to the role. In this position, you'll provide crucial legal advice on:
  • Administrative Law
  • Government Litigation
  • Professional conduct complaints
  • Disciplinary law proceedings
  • Statutory investigations
  • Prosecution cases
  • QCAT matters
  • Judicial reviews 
  • Policy development and legislative changes
This position is particularly suited for lawyers with an interest in regulatory frameworks and who are motivated by the opportunity to influence professional standards.

THE LAWYER
To excel in this position, you should have:
  • Minimum 5 years PAE as a Lawyers
  • Current Queensland practicing certificate eligibility
  • Relevant experience across the mentioned practice areas
  • Background in professional misconduct cases and compliance actions is not essential but highly regarded
