The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Associate to join a high-performing Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane. Working closely with highly regarded partners, you will gain exposure to sophisticated, large-scale matters while benefiting from genuine mentorship, structured development, and close collaboration across national teams.
You will advise a diverse client base of public and private clients on a broad range of matters including:
- Complex commercial and contractual disputes
- Large-scale litigation in superior courts
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings
- Class actions
- Corporate and shareholder disputes
- Competition and consumer law disputes
- Tax litigation
- Infrastructure and Energy & Resources disputes
- Restructuring and insolvency matters
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- 4+ years PAE in commercial litigation, disputes and/or insolvency
- Experience gained within a reputable private practice environment
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- A genuine desire to continue learning and progressing your career
- Associates and Senior Associates are strongly encouraged to apply.
