- ROLE: Unique opportunity for a litigation Lawyer or Associate to join a fast growing practice in their Gold Coast office. Your role will include confidentially managing your own matters from commencement to completion; briefing Counsel and attending Court, mediation and settlement conferences; enjoying the responsibility of mentoring and providing leadership to paralegals within the team; and having a valued input into the business development and marketing of the firm.
- WORK MIX:Your work mix will include high scale litigation matters in the District, Supreme and High Courts throughout Queensland and Australia. This will include commercial and corporate dispute resolution and litigation, corporate insolvency, bankruptcy, and debt recovery; disputes will ranging from business, to shareholder and contract disputes, property and trust disputes as well as competition and consumer disputes; and acting on behalf of Liquidators, Creditors and Trustees and provide advice to directors with regard to restructuring, asset protection and insolvency administration.
- CANDIDATE: To be successful you will need at least 4 years PAE up to Senior Associate Level. You will also have solid commercial litigation and/or insolvency experience; have a commitment to provide a high degree of client service; and while not essential, experience in mentoring junior staff will be highly regarded.

- WORK: The successful candidate will act for major banking institutions and non-bank financers, liquidators, bankruptcy trustees, administrators and receivers. You will represent directors and company officers in response to ASIC investigations and other corporate regulators.
- CANDIDATE: To apply for this role you must have commercial litigation experience at either Associate Level or near associate level. Minimum 4 Years PAE. You will also have an interest in mentoring junior colleagues and a desire to build client relationships.

- WORK: You will act for clients in relation to insurance disputes, working alongside experienced Partners and other talented insurance lawyers, you can expect to handle: public and product liability claims; workers compensation matters; marine carrier claims; heavy motor property and liability claims; and indemnity disputes.
- CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' PAE; previous experience in Commercial Litigation; and experience in insurance will obviously be well regarded yet is NOT a mandatory prerequisite.
