The firm is currently seeking a Dispute Resolution | Commercial Litigation Partner to join their team. The role will encompass a wide variety of commercial litigation work including:
- Commercial Disputes;
- Breach of Contract;
- Landholder Disputes;
- Breach of Reputation;
- Corporate Insolvency; and
- Breaches of fiduciary duty
WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate will not only have experience in quality commercial litigation at SC or Partner level within a mid to first tier practice, but will also feel confident in their profile within the community and be able to foster a sound client network within a brief transitional period.
Essentially, if you can demonstrate that you can step up and take ownership and increase your own portfolio then you will be given the opportunity to rise to Partnership in the very short term (6-12 months) if not immediately.
You will have experience in the management of a small group of junior to mid-level lawyers and have the capacity to provide strategic guidance on matters, as well as being a mentor in terms of their career development.
Remuneration will be competitive with other CBD practices at this level. As a guide, Salaried Partner remuneration is approximately $185,000 to $225,000+ depending on the depth of your expertise and client profile.
