The Opportunity

This role offers something many construction positions don’t, true flexibility in your practice.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across both front-end and back-end construction matters, or tailor your practice to focus on your preferred area.
Based in the Brisbane office, you’ll join a well-established and well-resourced team, working closely with respected Partners, experienced senior lawyers, and a supportive junior team. You’ll also benefit from strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality work.

Your matters will include:
  • Supreme Court construction litigation
  • Large-scale infrastructure adjudications
  • Drafting and negotiating construction and procurement contracts
You’ll gain exposure to complex, high-value matters for major institutional clients, positioning you for continued career growth.

About You
  • 5+ years’ PAE in construction law, or strong commercial litigation experience with a genuine interest in construction
  • Currently at Associate level, or ready to step into an Senior Associate role
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset
  • A desire to build a long-term career within a national mid-tier firm
