This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to join a leading Brisbane commercial firm, working across a broad mix of corporate and commercial advisory matters.

The Role
Working closely with Partners and a strong base of business-owner clients, you’ll be involved in a diverse range of matters, including:
  • Advising on high-value M&A transactions
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Due diligence and transaction documentation
  • Capital raising and investment structuring
  • Shareholders’ agreements and corporate structuring
  • Joint ventures and commercial arrangements
  • Business restructures and entity management (companies, trusts and partnerships)
  • Franchising matters
  • Corporate governance and general advisory work
You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering practical, commercially focused advice that directly supports clients’ growth and success.

About You
  • 2-8 years PAE with a solid grounding in corporate/commercial law
  • Experience across front-end corporate matters
  • Strong understanding of the Corporations Act
  • Proven experience in contract drafting, transactions and corporate compliance
  • A commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail
