Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity exists for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Brisbane Corporate / Equity Capital Markets team.
The Opportunity
Working closely with highly regarded Partners, you will gain exposure to sophisticated, high-profile transactions while advising blue-chip clients across a broad range of Corporate and ECM matters. This role offers meaningful responsibility, strong mentoring and a clear pathway for long-term progression.
Your work will include:
- ASX Listing Rule compliance
- Capital raisings including IPOs and private placements
- Corporate governance
- ASIC investigations
- Company secretarial matters
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 3+ years PAE in Corporate Law with exposure to M&A and/or ECM matters
- Experience operating at Associate or Senior Associate level, or be approaching promotion
- Strong communication skills with a commercial and client-focused approach
- A desire to continue developing within a high-performing environment
