Complex & Catastrophic Claims
This role offers the opportunity to work on some of Queensland's most significant catastrophic personal injury matters.
Over the past two years, the team has resolved approximately 40 claims valued between $1 million and $8 million. This is not a role focused on routine, low-value claims. Instead, you'll be handling challenging and intellectually stimulating matters from the outset.
There is also scope to become involved in workers' compensation matters should you wish to broaden your practice.
About You
You will be a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with approximately 5+ years' PAE and strong defendant insurance experience.
You will have the ability to confidently manage matters with a degree of autonomy and be looking for a role that offers both high-quality work and genuine professional development.
Whilst you'll enjoy autonomy over your matters, you'll also work closely with experienced Partners and be supported by a talented team of lawyers and support staff.
