The Role
Working closely with experienced Partners and senior practitioners, you will act for a diverse client base including companies, directors, shareholders, insolvency practitioners, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals across a wide range of complex disputes, including:
- Shareholder and corporate disputes
- Technology and digital asset litigation
- Cryptocurrency and asset recovery matters
- Property and leasing disputes
- Defamation
- Contractual and commercial disputes
- Banking, finance and insolvency litigation
- Professional negligence claims
- Planning and environment matters
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Between 3 and 7 years PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
- Operating at Associate or Senior Associate level
- Exposure to complex commercial disputes within a private practice environment
- Strong technical drafting and analytical skills
