This highly regarded national firm, and one of Brisbane's largest law firms, is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its thriving Litigation & Dispute Resolution team following a period of significant growth.
Working alongside industry-recognised Partners featured in Doyle's Guide, Asia Pacific Legal 500 and Best Lawyers Australia, you'll gain exposure to high-profile, complex disputes across a broad range of industries including energy, resources, manufacturing and government.
The team advises a diverse client base ranging from individuals and private businesses through to listed corporations, major private companies and government entities.
You will work on a varied mix of matters including:
- Corporations Act disputes and corporate compliance matters
- Commercial and corporate contract disputes
- Insolvency and restructuring litigation
- Joint venture disputes
- Intellectual property litigation
- Partnership and shareholder disputes
- Defamation proceedings
- Consumer law and regulatory matters
- White-collar crime investigations and proceedings
- Trust and fiduciary disputes
- Regulatory prosecutions and compliance matters
Who we're looking for:
- Associate or Senior Associate with approximately 4-7 years' PAE in commercial litigation
- Experience gained within a respected CBD specialist, mid-tier, national or top-tier practice
- A genuine passion for commercial litigation and desire to continue developing your career
- A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive and high-performing team environment
