The Role

You’ll work across a broad mix of sophisticated disputes, including:
  • Directors’ & officers’ claims
  • Breach of contract
  • Professional negligence & indemnity matters
  • ASIC investigations & regulatory proceedings
  • Defamation
  • Employment & discrimination disputes
  • General corporate and commercial litigation
All matters are run at Supreme and Federal Court level with no lower court work.
