You’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of employment, industrial relations, discrimination, and safety matters for clients spanning ASX-listed companies, multinationals, SMEs, and senior executives. The role offers exposure to diverse sectors including construction, education, government, health, manufacturing, resources, transport, and retail. You’ll provide strategic advice, advocate in courts and industrial tribunals, and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.
About You
- Minimum 2 years PAE in employment and industrial relations law, primarily representing employers
- Demonstrated experience in litigation across QIRC, Fair Work Commission, Federal Courts, and Australian Human Rights Commission
- Experience in safety law highly desirable but not essential
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail
- Client-focused, self-motivated, and collaborative.
- Competitive salary with a transparent performance-based bonus scheme (up to 10% for Lawyers, up to 15% for Associates)
