1. EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE OR JUNIOR SA | 3-6 YEARS PAE
  • A dynamic, resourceful and highly reputable national firm within the Employment sector, they pride themselves on their top-tier reputation. With a commercial offering of specialist experience across a range of dedicated areas, they service blue-chip clientèle and work on quality and diverse matters. Top-tier national firm with leading Employment practice.
  • Handle matters across the employment law spectrum, including drafting and advising on employment agreements and executive contracts; enterprise bargaining agreements; unfair dismissal proceedings and unlawful terminations; restraint of trade issues; and workplace harassment and bullying claims as well as exposure to broader Commercial matters.
  • Work under experienced Partners.
  • Clients include major employers, providing you with interesting and challenging matters of both a contentious and non-contentious nature.

  • You will have 3 to 6 years' PAE within a mid or top-tier CBD firm, and be confident in your conduct of files across the breadth of Workplace Relations, both advisory and litigious. Safety experience will also be highly regarded.

2WORKPLACE RELATIONS SENIOR LAWYER | 5+ YEARS PAE

  • Front end and back end work across a broad range of employment, industrial relations and safety matters.
  • Matters will include discrimination, unfair dismissal, workers' compensation claims, workplace accidents and defending claims for damages.
  • Clients will include major employers across a range of industries.
  • This team is committed to growth and looking to hire a lawyer who has a strong client service ethic and enthusiasm.
  • To be successful you have 5+ years' PAE in workplace relations.

3.  Senior Employment & Safety Lawyer | 8+ Years' PAE
  • Join this dynamic and resourceful mid-tier firm with a reputable Employment & Safety practice group. With a client focus, this close-knit team provides specialist experience across a wide range of quality matters, whilst maintaining exceptional work-life balance together with a positive and supportive work environment.
  • To ensure work-life balance is maintained, this successful Practice Group is looking to appoint a talented Senior Employment & Safety Lawyer at either Senior Associate or Special Counsel level. This will either be someone currently Special Counsel level or an SA of 8 or more years PAE.
  • This position will see you involved in front end Employment and WH&S advice, as well as back end matters. An example of the wide variety of work includes but is not limited to drafting and advising on employment agreements and contracts; drafting and advising on enterprise agreements; general protection issues including unfair dismissal proceedings and unlawful terminations, discrimination, workplace harassment, and bullying claims; workplace health and safety risk management advice as well as prosecution defence work; and restraint of trade issues.
