The Opportunity
This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of major projects, including:
  • Drafting and negotiating construction, project and development agreements
  • Delivery of major infrastructure and construction projects
  • Advising on procurement strategies, project structuring and risk allocation
  • Contract administration and probity matters
  • Supporting clients through project delivery and governance requirement.
You will work across a diverse range of sectors including transport, energy and resources, renewables, government and public infrastructure. Matters include roads, rail, renewable energy projects and large-scale public developments.

You will have direct contact with clients including government agencies, developers, contractors, consultants and financiers, allowing you to develop both your technical and commercial skills.

About You
  • 2+ years PAE in Construction, Projects, Infrastructure or a related practice area
  • Experience drafting, reviewing or negotiating construction or project-related agreements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Solid academic background
