This reputable CBD firm currently has a vacancy within their Funds Management | Corporate Team. Our client is an industry leader in the Commercial sphere advising local and national clients across all aspects of Corporate Law, Property Law and Dispute Resolution. The firm strives for excellence whilst maintaining a customer focus and strong team values.
THE ROLE
You will be a valued member of the Funds Management Team required to provide commercial and legally technical advice across the following fields:
- Compliance services;
- Investment management agreements;
- AFS regime;
- Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Requirements;
- Disclosure requirements;
- Finance broker regulations; and
- Credit reforms.
The successful candidate may also be required to assist with other general Corporate work, including equity & debt raising; corporate governance; asset sales & acquisitions; and corporate restructures.
ABOUT YOU
The firm is seeking either a Funds Management Lawyer or alternatively, a Banking and Finance Lawyer willing to be cross trained in funds management. The individual must be highly motivated, ideally coming out of a mid to top tier background, with solid academics, 3 + years post admission experience and exposure to most, if not all, of the aforementioned fields.
