This particular position reports to the General Counsel, and requires a person who is committed to excellence, can work with a high level of autonomy, has a commercially pragmatic approach to providing legal solutions within acceptable risk parameters, as well as having a grounded disposition.
The role will see you focus heavily on Procurement and Commercial Contracts including IT contracts, sales agreements, equipment purchases, and maintenance services agreements.
You will have 5 or more years post-admission experience either within an in-house or private practice environment where you have developed commercial contracts experience.
REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
Remuneration is attractive and will be negotiated with the individual. $85K to $120K total package inclusive of superannuation can be used as a general guide depending on previous experience.
Within the contract period, you may be offered the opportunity for permanency.
