This is a unique opportunity to join a premier Banking & Finance team, working with highly skilled colleagues on complex, high-value deals. You’ll be involved in:
- Structuring and advising on sophisticated finance transactions
- Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and financing structures
- Acting for banks, corporate borrowers, private lenders, and institutional investors
- Transactions spanning renewable energy, infrastructure, and commercial property
- Collaborating nationally on multi-million and billion-dollar deals
- Financing support for cross-border acquisitions worth billions
- A first-of-its-kind renewable energy PPP project
- Large-scale syndicated lending with major domestic and international banks!
- 3-5 years’ post-admission experience in banking and finance law
- Exposure to a range of financing structures and lender/borrower work
- Experience at a top-tier or well-regarded mid-tier firm
- Strong technical and commercial acumen, with a keen eye for detail
- A proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
