This is a standout opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer looking to work on some of the market's most sophisticated disputes while broadening their practice across a diverse range of complex matters.

Joining a highly regarded top-tier Brisbane team, you'll work closely with two leading partners on matters for major corporate, government and institutional clients. The work spans corporations law and regulatory issues, high-stakes litigation (including Corporations Act matters), fraud and corruption investigations, competition disputes and large-scale arbitrations, particularly across the energy, resources, technology and public sectors.

You will ideally have:
  • Senior Associate 2 to 4 years post your promotion
  • Experience gained within a top-tier, international or highly regarded commercial litigation practice
  • Strong academic results (GPA 5.5+)
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine interest in complex disputes, investigations and arbitration work
Lawyers returning to Australia or relocating from other Commonwealth jurisdictions are also encouraged to apply.
