A highly regarded national law firm and one of Brisbane’s largest legal practices is seeking a Litigation Lawyer or Associate to join its dynamic Disputes team.
You’ll work alongside industry-recognised Partners and gain exposure to complex, high-value disputes across a broad range of areas, including:
  • Matters arising under the Corporations Act
  • Commercial and corporate contract litigation
  • Joint venture disputes
  • Intellectual property litigation
  • Partnership and shareholder disputes
  • Defamation proceedings
  • Consumer law claims
  • Regulatory prosecutions and compliance matters
  • Trust and fiduciary disputes
About You
We are interested in hearing from lawyers who have:
  • 2 - 4 years’ PAE in commercial litigation
  • Experience gained within a specialist, top-tier or mid-tier firm
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in commercial disputes
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from experienced practitioners
Strong academic results will be viewed favourably, however, practical experience and the quality of your legal training will be equally important.
