We are partnering with a premier top-tier firm seeking a talented lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate M&A team. You will work closely with two respected partners across a sophisticated and high-quality portfolio of matters.

Your work will include:
  • Public and private M&A transactions, including takeovers
  • Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions
  • Consortiums and strategic fund investments, including in the clean energy sector
  • Complex FIRB approvals and foreign investment matters
  • IPOs, rights issues, and placements
  • Corporate governance and regulatory advisory (Corporations Act, ASX Rules, Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act)

About you:

We would love to hear from you if you are:
  • A Corporate M&A lawyer with 2 - 7  years PAE, ideally from a top-tier or leading firm
  • Strong academically (GPA 5.5+ preferred)
  • Currently operating at Associate or Senior Associate level
  • Experienced in a Commonwealth jurisdiction or an Australian lawyer returning from overseas
  • Commercially minded, motivated, and ready to take the next step in your career
