This highly regarded national law firm continues to strengthen its position as a market leader in the infrastructure and projects sector. With a significant pipeline of major government and private sector work secured across Australia, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction & Infrastructure Partner or a Senior Special Counsel ready for partnership to join the firm's growing national practice.
The Role
Joining a well-established and profitable team, you will work alongside respected practitioners advising on some of Australia's most significant infrastructure developments. Supported by a strong back-end construction capability, your practice will encompass:
- Major transport, energy, health and social infrastructure projects
- Public and private sector project delivery
- Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and alternative delivery models
- Construction and project documentation
- Procurement, tendering and contract negotiation
- Strategic project risk allocation and advisory work
About You
You will likely possess between 15 and 30 years' post-admission experience with a strong focus on front-end construction, infrastructure and major projects.
You have established credibility within the market and maintain trusted relationships with government bodies, developers, financiers, consultants and Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.
Equally important will be your commercial approach, leadership capability and commitment to mentoring and developing lawyers within your team.
Remuneration & Partnership
The firm offers a transparent and well-supported partnership model designed to reward both technical excellence and commercial contribution.
Indicative earnings include:
- Special Counsel: from $350,000+
- Salaried Partner: from $450,000+ plus performance incentives
- Equity Partner: approximately $750,000 to $1.5M+ depending on practice performance
