National Australian firm with an excellent reputation for specialising in Defendant insurance has a NEW position in their Employment Practices Liability team.
  
WORK
You can expect to work with a highly regarded Partner as well as the EPL team on a national level. The work will include a mix of complex and interesting EPL matters, representing insurers and employers across multiple industries. You will provide advice in relations to unfair dismissals; general protections applications; sexual harassments and discrimination claims; as well as complex employment contract claims. This could include regular appearances in the Fair Work Commission as well as various state and federal industrial and discrimination tribunals as well as the Federal, Federal Circuit Courts and various state courts.
  
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be at Associate or Senior Associate level with a minimum 5 years post admission experience, working primarily within employment law. Experience within an existing EPL team will be highly regarded but not essential. 
  
Additionally, Professional Indemnity experience will also be viewed favourably.
