This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Associate to work alongside highly regarded Partners and industry-leading practitioners while advising an impressive client base including government agencies, developers, contractors, financiers and consultants.
The Opportunity
Joining a collaborative, high-performing team, you'll work across sophisticated front-end construction and projects matters, including:
- Procurement strategies and project delivery models
- Tender documentation and contract negotiations
- Drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts
- Project structuring, risk allocation and regulatory advice
- Strategic advice throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Transport infrastructure (rail, roads and airports)
- Energy transition, generation, transmission and storage
- Oil & gas and resources
- Water and utilities
- Social infrastructure and commercial developments
About You
This opportunity will suit a Senior Associate with experience in front-end construction, projects or infrastructure gained within private practice or an in-house legal team.
Ideally, you'll have experience advising project owners, principals or contractors and be confident drafting and negotiating construction documentation while providing commercially focused advice.
You'll also enjoy working collaboratively, building strong client relationships and contributing to a market-leading team.
