About the Role
A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of Australia’s most prominent and high-capacity property practices, recognised for its scale, capability, and involvement in complex national transactions across commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

You’ll join a large, high-performing Brisbane team of over 70 property professionals, working on commercial acquisitions and disposals, leasing portfolios, renewable energy developments, seniors living, and government property projects.

The role offers exceptional variety and exposure to high-value matters that shape Queensland’s property and energy landscape.

From the outset, you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and involvement in all stages of transactions.

In this role, you will:
  • Draft and negotiate leases, variations, consents and related documentation
  • Assist with acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence across diverse property assets
  • Work across leasing and capital transactions, including major developments
  • Support property components of renewable energy and infrastructure projects
  • Manage stamping, registration, and PEXA settlement processes
  • Liaise directly with clients, counterparties, and government stakeholders
What You Bring
  • Minimum 2+ years’ PAE in commercial property and/or leasing
  • Strong drafting ability with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially minded, proactive and collaborative approach
  • Experience in capital transactions, infrastructure or renewable energy (highly regarded)
  • Exposure to large-scale developments or seniors living (desirable)
  • An interest in building a long-term career within a leading national practice
