You will join a dedicated management rights team, gaining exposure to sophisticated transactions that extend well beyond traditional residential conveyancing. This role is well suited to a conveyancing paralegal seeking to transition into a more complex transactional environment with greater responsibility, variety, and long-term development potential.
In This Role, You Will
- Manage files within a specialist management rights and accommodation transactions team
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and counterparties across national matters
- Assist with settlements and transactional processes
- Prepare and review conveyancing and related documentation
- Undertake PEXA settlements, stamping, and registration
- Maintain accurate file management and time recording
- Provide general administrative and team support.
About You
We are seeking a paralegal with:
- Proven Residential and/or commercial conveyancing experience within a law firm
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional communication and telephone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a lower-volume, higher-value transactional practice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal systems
- A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
