THE ROLE
The role will see you reporting to a nurturing and reputable Partner while working as an integral member of a growing property team.
You will be exposed to a range of complex rural property transactions including:
- the sale and purchase of sizeable properties;
- the application, negotiation and renewal of agreements;
- property aspects of M&A transactions; and
- due diligence enquires, investigations and reporting.
To be successful in this role you will be a highly ambitious property lawyer with 3-5 years PAE.
In addition, you will have:
- An eagerness to progress and develop within property law;
- Strong analytical and investigative skills;
- A commitment to producing a high standard of work;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
- The ability to develop and manage strong client relationships.
