    An EXCITING role has arisen for an EXCEPTIONAL Senior Legal Secretary with Defendant Insurance experience. Be an integral part of the team supporting Lawyers at all levels.

    This role will keep you busy! You will act in an executive assistant capacity and provide advanced administration support, including:
    • Diary and email management;
    • Preparing and amending legal documents;
    • Digital dictation;
    • Preparing and sending correspondence & court documents;
    • Preparation of briefs to counsel;
    • Opening and preparing files;
    • Maintaining up to date client records;
    • Liaise with clients and external providers;
    • File administration (physical and electronic filing);
    • Monthly billing; and
    • General administrative duties.
    We would LOVE to hear from you if you have:
    • A minimum of 4 years' litigation legal support experience;
    • Defendant insurance experience is preferred;
    • Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills;
    • Typing speed of 60+ words per minute;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Exceptional organisational and time management skills; and
    • A proactive and enthusiastic work style.
