You’ll step into a well-established and high-performing practice advising on complex commercial, technology and payments matters across both private sector clients and government agencies.
With a strong national footprint, the team offers direct client exposure, high levels of autonomy, and the opportunity to work on strategically significant, high-impact projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on complex commercial contracts and procurement arrangements
- Working across technology, digital platforms and telecommunications matters
- Supporting payments-related work, including platform-based solutions and digital frameworks
- Advising on privacy, data protection and cybersecurity issues
- Assisting with IP commercialisation and licensing arrangements
- Contributing to government procurement and regulated digital product matters
- Managing matters with increasing autonomy and mentoring junior lawyers.
You are a commercially minded lawyer looking to deepen your expertise in TMT within a high-performing and supportive national practice.
You will bring:
- 4+ years’ PAE in TMT and commercial matters
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across commercial agreements
- Experience advising on transactions and delivering practical client outcomes
- An interest in sectors such as government, financial services, technology and health
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor junior lawyers.
