An opportunity has opened itself up for a talented Workplace Relations Lawyer to join a specialist team at Associate level, with room for fast progression to Senior Associate level.
The role will see you working across a range of front-end workplace relations advice work, as well as back-end employment and industrial relations matters to service a range of sizeable private practice and public sector clients across contentious and non-contentious matters, allowing for diversity in work.
You will additionally be provided with the option to gain exposure to WH&S work should you have an interest.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You will bring to the role a minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience obtained within a sizable CBD or national firm, and either currently be an SA or be interested in stepping up to SA level immediately.
The successful candidate will also be conversant in most issues relating to workplace relations and employment matters and have experience running their own highly complex matters in this space.
