Their litigation team is led by experienced and talented Partners with a broad range of experience across the commercial litigation space. They service blue-chip clientèle and work on quality and diverse matters. 


High scale commercial litigation matters in the District, Supreme and High Courts throughout Queensland including:
  • Corporate Disputes;
  • Beach of Contract;
  • Class actions;
  • Property litigation;
  • Competition and consumer disputes;
  • Tax Disputes. 

To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years' of post-admission commercial litigation experience, ideally gained from a specialist, mid or top-tier environment, and be eager to take the next step in your career. In addition, you will have:
  • An eagerness to progress and develop within commercial litigation;
  • A commitment to producing a high standard of work;
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
