THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a nationally recognised Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice advising major organisations and government clients on sophisticated technology and commercial matters.

Sitting within a broader Corporate & Commercial team, you’ll work alongside highly regarded senior practitioners, gain direct client exposure and take increasing ownership of complex matters.

THE WORK
You’ll gain exposure to a diverse mix of work including:
  • Complex technology and commercial agreements
  • Major procurement and outsourcing arrangements
  • Digital platforms and telecommunications
  • Payments, platform-based solutions and digital frameworks
  • Privacy, data protection and cybersecurity
  • IP commercialisation and licensing
  • Government procurement and regulated digital products
You’ll advise clients across government, financial services, technology and health, while developing greater autonomy and the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers.

ABOUT YOU
You’ll ideally have 4+ years’ PAE with experience across technology, TMT and/or broader commercial matters.

You don't necessarily need to come from a dedicated TMT practice. Lawyers with strong experience in commercial contracting, technology agreements, procurement, privacy, data or digital matters are encouraged to explore the opportunity.

You’ll bring:
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Experience advising on complex commercial agreements
  • Practical and commercially focused judgement
  • An interest in technology and emerging areas of law
  • Confidence working directly with clients
  • A collaborative approach.
