This is a role that places you directly in front of executive teams and boards, helping organisations navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and threat landscape. The work is fast-moving, high-impact and often business-critical well beyond traditional technology transactions.
What You’ll Work On
- Cyber & Incident Response: advising on breaches, crisis management and regulator engagement
- Data, Privacy & Surveillance: complex advisory, compliance frameworks and investigations
- AI & Emerging Technology: governance frameworks, risk management and regulatory compliance
- Regulatory Investigations: acting on enforcement actions and high-profile matters
- Cross-Practice Collaboration: working with corporate, disputes and regulatory teams on multi-disciplinary matters.
We’re seeking a lawyer who brings:
- 4+ years’ PAE with experience in cyber, privacy, data protection or regulatory matters
- Background from a top-tier, national firm or relevant in-house environment
- Strong technical ability and commercial judgment
- The ability to simplify complex legal and technical issues for clients
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and contributing to client relationships.
