You’ll join a Band 1 ranked Construction practice, working within a market-leading team known for advising on some of the largest and most complex projects both nationally and globally.

In this role, you’ll be involved in front-end construction work across a diverse range of matters, including:
  • Advising on procurement strategies, tender processes and delivery models
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of construction contracts (standard form and bespoke)
  • Providing strategic advice on project structuring, risk allocation and regulatory issues
  • Supporting clients across the full lifecycle of major infrastructure and energy projects
You’ll work with a broad client base including government bodies, developers, contractors, financiers and consultants across sectors such as:
  • Transport infrastructure (rail, roads, airports)
  • Energy (generation, transmission and storage), oil & gas and resources
  • Water and utilities
  • Social infrastructure and commercial developments

About you:
We’re seeking a Senior Associate with experience advising on front-end construction or major projects matters, ideally acting for project owners or contractors.

You may come out of a mid or top-tier firm or have experience working in-house (public or private) within the construction / projects industry.

You will bring strong drafting skills, commercial acumen and the ability to work across complex transactions, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
