You’ll join a Band 1 ranked Construction practice, working within a market-leading team known for advising on some of the largest and most complex projects both nationally and globally.
In this role, you’ll be involved in front-end construction work across a diverse range of matters, including:
- Advising on procurement strategies, tender processes and delivery models
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of construction contracts (standard form and bespoke)
- Providing strategic advice on project structuring, risk allocation and regulatory issues
- Supporting clients across the full lifecycle of major infrastructure and energy projects
- Transport infrastructure (rail, roads, airports)
- Energy (generation, transmission and storage), oil & gas and resources
- Water and utilities
- Social infrastructure and commercial developments

We’re seeking a Senior Associate with experience advising on front-end construction or major projects matters, ideally acting for project owners or contractors.
You may come out of a mid or top-tier firm or have experience working in-house (public or private) within the construction / projects industry.
You will bring strong drafting skills, commercial acumen and the ability to work across complex transactions, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
