1. SENIOR ASSOCIATE | INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS & SAFETY
  • Award winning employer of choice with a reputable Employment, Industrial Relations & Safety practice group.
  • With a client focus, this close-knit team provides specialist experience across a wide range of quality matters, while maintaining exceptional work-life balance, together with a positive and supportive work environment. 
  • Opportunity for a talented Workplace Relations Lawyer to join a team of 6 specialist employment lawyers at Senior Associate level, with room for fast progression to Special Counsel.
  • Front-end workplace relations advice work, as well as back end employment and industrial relations matters, as well as the option to gain exposure to WH&S work should you have an interest.
  • Wide range of sizable private and public sector clients across the contentious and non-contentious matters, allowing for diversity in work. 
  • You must have 5 or more years' PAE, and either currently be an SA or be interested in stepping up to SA level immediately.
  • Remuneration is negotiable depending on the seniority and profile of the successful individual.
2. EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE OR JUNIOR SA | 3-6 YEARS PAE
  • Top-tier national firm with leading Workplace Relations practice group.
  • Handle matters across the employment law spectrum, including drafting and advising on employment agreements and executive contracts; enterprise bargaining agreements; unfair dismissal proceedings and unlawful terminations; restraint of trade issues; and workplace harassment and bullying claims as well as exposure to broader Commercial matters.
  • Work under an experienced Partner.
  • Clients include major employers, providing you with interesting and challenging matters of both a contentious and non-contentious nature.
  • Career development is assured, with an opportunity to contribute to business development and growth of the practice on offer.
  • You will have 3 to 6 years' PAE within a mid or top-tier CBD firm, and be confident in your conduct of files across the breadth of Workplace Relations, both advisory and litigious.

3. WORKPLACE RELATIONS SENIOR LAWYER | 5+ YEARS PAE

  • Matters will include discrimination, unfair dismissal, workers' compensation claims, workplace accidents and defending claims for damages.
