The firm is currently seeking an employment and industrial relations lawyer to join their team. The role will encompass a wide variety of work including:-
- drafting and advising on employment contracts;
- award interpretation;
- enterprise bargaining advice & disputes;
- occupational health & safety;
- unfair dismissals;
- restraint of trade actions;
- occupational health & safety matters;
- workplace harassment and bullying claims; and
- termination & redundancy issues.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years' post admission experience primarily within the area of Employment and/or Industrial Relations Law.
