The firm is currently seeking an employment and industrial relations lawyer to join their team.  The role will encompass a wide variety of work including:-
  • drafting and advising on employment contracts;
  • award interpretation;
  • enterprise bargaining advice & disputes;
  • occupational health & safety;
  • discrimination;  
  • unfair dismissals;
  • restraint of trade actions;
  • occupational health & safety matters;
  • workplace harassment and bullying claims; and
  • termination & redundancy issues.
You can expect to act on both litigious and non-litigious matters across both public and private sector clients.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years' post admission experience primarily within the area of Employment and/or Industrial Relations Law.
