WORK MIX:
This is a unique opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer or Associate to work directly with Partners to service local and national clients across the full spectrum of enviable commercial property matters including:
- Major business sales and acquisitions;
- Complex commercial and retail leasing transactions;
- Property related disputes;
- Advice on stamp duty and GST implications;
- Property development of residential, commercial, and land subdivision projects;
- Off-the-plan property developments;
- Rural Acquisitions and Disposals; and also
- Drafting and advising on a variety of commercial agreements.
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role you will have 3+ years' of post-admission commercial property experience, and be eager to take the next step in your career. In addition, you will have:
- A commitment to producing a high standard of work;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
- The ability to develop and manage strong relationships.
