They are on Local, State, and Commonwealth Government Panels and are always seeking to elevate its service standards, understanding the intricate financial, ethical, legislative, and policy frameworks crucial to their clients.

THE ROLE

This firm is aiming to expand by welcoming an additional Partner to their Construction & Major Projects team. This opportunity is also open to a Special Counsel ready to step into a Salaried Partner role upon joining, contingent on their profile's strength.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with three Partners in Projects & Infrastructure, also working alongside Partners from other sectors catering to the Government.

QUALIFICATIONS

We're seeking senior lawyers with 10-20 years PAE, with significant recent experience in Brisbane's mid-tier or large national practices, particularly in advising on PPP Projects.

Ideal candidates will have experience in at least two of the following practice areas to complement the firm's existing strengths:
  • Major Projects & Infrastructure: roads, railways, airports, renewable energy, hospitals, schools
  • Construction contract drafting
  • Competitive tendering and procurement
  • Project Management
Your established client relationships within State/Commonwealth Government departments or with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractors will speak volumes about your expertise.

Strong team management skills, commercial acumen, and a client-centric approach are essential.
