In this role, you will:
Provide advice to a diverse range of national and international clients across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on ECM matters, IPOs, and demergers
- Guiding clients through M&A and takeovers, including due diligence, negotiation, and document preparation
- Handling capital market transactions
- Work across commercial agreement negotiations
- Assisting listed companies with compliance matters, including working closely with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules
- Providing corporate governance advice to listed, unlisted, and private companies
Additionally, you will play a key role in nurturing and developing more junior lawyers, contributing to the firm's commitment to creating exceptional outcomes for both clients and employees.
We are looking for someone who:
The ideal candidate will currently be part of a corporate/M&A team, with experience in a significant portion of the areas mentioned above. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in working as a team is essential.
This position is available at either the Associate or Junior SA level, depending on your experience (3-7 Years PAE).
