Your role will be varied across a range of sectors where each day will be different as you will be involved in:
- Drafting pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents
- Representing clients in uncontested applications
- Delivering top-tier advice on evidence, quantum, settlement, costs, strategic direction, and other case-related aspects
- Facilitating dispute resolution through negotiation, conferences, and mediations
- Managing complex trials across all legal jurisdictions
What You Need to Succeed?
To thrive in this role, the following criteria are essential:
- Minimum of 6 years of PAE as a lawyer.
- Have a knowledge of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999
- Current eligibility to practice law in Australia, particularly within Queensland
