Law Staff has been retained on this rare opportunity for an In-House Commercial Property Lawyer to work on significant projects iconic to capital cities.

THE ROLE:
In this position, you will work with the Senior Legal Counsel on guiding the organisation on a range of hallmark commercial real estate transactions. Your work will include drafting, reviewing and settling commercial documentation relevant to:
- commercial real estate acquisitions and disposals;
- commercial, industrial, retail, and high rise residential tower joint ventures and projects;
- project finance;
- by-laws and strata title matters;
- planning and regulations;
- commercial leasing;
- commercial contracts including sale agreements, construction agreements, consultant agreements, non-disclosure agreements and regulatory applications.
THE CANDIDATE:
We are seeking applications from enthusiastic commercially minded lawyers with 3 to 9 years post-qualification experience.
You will have strong analytical, drafting, communication and liaison skills, a willingness to learn and participate in assisting in a range of commercial matters. It is expected you will have excellent problem solving skills, and an ability to articulate legal matters to arrive at commercial outcomes.
You must have an interest in real estate development, construction, property and asset management.
