THE ROLE
This is a career-defining opportunity reporting to the Executive General Manager and Co Sec focussing on the Construction, Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas and Mining industries.
Duties include providing support to the operational division in both front-end drafting as well as disputes work.
The successful candidate will be involved in the tender process, award, as well as both delivery and post delivery of projects.
THE CANDIDATE
Our client has expressed a strong interest for someone that is solution based, and works effectively with clients with a proven ability to mitigate risk.
You will have a minimum of 5 years post admission experience, ideally in-house but candidates coming from a recognised private practice are also encouraged to apply.
Your experience will be focussed in construction, renewable energy, oil, gas and/or mining.
You will also have a proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work autonomously, well-developed problem solving, decision making skills, and the ability to influence in an informative and intelligible manner.
As part of a dynamic leadership team you can expect to be involved in strategy development utilising your combined technical legal skills and commercial acumen to add value to the organisation.
