With a steady increase in work, this firm needs another pair of hands in their insurance team to work across a range of matters. Your role will encompass handling significant matters in the District, Supreme, and High Courts across Queensland and other states. This diverse portfolio includes:
  • Public Liability
  • Product Liability
  • Property Damage
  • Sensitive Claims
  • Overseeing matters from inception to conclusion
  • Engaging in court proceedings, mediations, and settlements
  • Playing a pivotal role in client relationships and business development
The growing team in Brisbane seeks an Associate with insurance expertise. As an Associate, you should bring:
  • A minimum of 3 years PAE (applications accepted up to Junior SA level)
  • Experience from a reputable specialist, mid-tier, or top-tier firm, be it plaintiff or defendant-focused
  • Background in Liability, or Indemnity claims
