This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established mid-tier Australian commercial law firm with hundreds of professionals nationwide, delivering high-quality corporate and commercial legal services to a diverse client base.

You’ll be part of a high-performing corporate team advising on significant mid-market transactions, working closely with experienced partners and clients on sophisticated matters.

The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of front-end corporate work, including:
  • Mergers & acquisitions (public and private)
  • General corporate and commercial advisory
  • Drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions
  • Joint ventures and strategic alliances
  • IPOs and secondary capital raisings
  • Legal due diligence and report drafting
The team advises on both domestic and cross-border transactions, offering exposure to complex, high-quality work and the opportunity to collaborate with leading mid-market and national clients.

About You
We’re keen to speak with motivated corporate lawyers who are looking to continue developing their technical skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. Ideally, you will have:
  • 2+ years’ PAE in front-end corporate law (candidates up to 8 PAE are also encouraged to apply)
  • Experience across M&A, business transactions, due diligence and contract drafting
  • A proactive approach and strong commercial mindset
  • A desire to grow and thrive within a mid-sized, high-calibre team
