This role is looking for an experienced lawyer with 5+ PAE to join the legal team in Brisbane. It involves a diverse range of legal matters, including- 
  • Negotiation and review of equipment supply contracts 
  • Front-end Construction 
  • Major Projects 
  • Drafting Commercial Contracts
  • Natural Resources
  • Corporate Advisory 
  • Procurement
To be successful in securing an interview for this role, you will ... 
  • Have 5 Years PAE in a large corporate commercial organisation.
  • Have front-end construction experience including exposure to the negotiation and review of contracts. 
  • You will either be coming out of in-house or a mid or top tier firm.
  • Have the ability to grasp business needs and provide timely legal advice from a commercial perspective
