The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate-level Employment & WHS Lawyer to join a busy and growing team within a nationally recognised commercial law firm in Brisbane.
Working closely with a Partner with top-tier and international firm lineage you will be entrusted with a broad and complex practice, advising employers across employment, industrial relations, and workplace safety matters. This role is well suited to a lawyer ready to step up, take ownership of files, and deepen their client relationships.

You will be involved in a diverse mix of advisory and dispute work, including:
- Advising on terminations, performance management, misconduct investigations, and workplace compliance
- Acting in unfair dismissal, general protections, and industrial relations disputes
- Assisting with enterprise bargaining, industrial action, and WHS investigations
- Representing clients before the Fair Work Commission, Industrial Relations Commission, and QCAT
- Delivering clear, commercial, and strategic advice to employer clients
