The Role
This position offers a varied mix of insurance litigation and regulatory work, with a strong focus on health, public and product liability matters.
You will also gain experience across:
- Acting for insurers and a broad range of health professionals in the defence of civil liability claims
- Advising and representing practitioners in investigations by regulators such as AHPRA, the Office of the Health Ombudsman and Medicare
- Defending disciplinary proceedings before professional boards and tribunals
Even at a junior level, you will enjoy early client contact, hands-on involvement in matters and the autonomy to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
You will work closely with a highly regarded and award-winning Partner recognised by Best Lawyers Australia and Doyle’s Guide for expertise in insurance law.

About You
You will ideally have:
- 2+ years PAE as a Lawyer or Associate in defendant insurance law
- Senior Associates may also be considered
- A genuine interest in developing a career in insurance litigation
